Working Principle
Pulverizermaterial would be conveyed by the feeding device into milling chamber evenly, and be impacted by highspeed rotor. The rotor consists of several sections of discs and several blades. Material would be sheared, impacted and rubbed into powder. Qualified fine powder would go with air flow into product collector, while coarse powder would go back to milling chamber for further milling.
Performance Features
1. When the rotation speed of rotor is fixed, it can mill various material of Moh's hardness < 2~3, especially for organic product processing and special material milling.
2. It can connect with heater which can do the drying during milling process; It can connect with cooler to do milling under low temperature, for the milling of heat sensitive material.
3. Rotor has vertical shaft. Product size can be adjusted by the change of classifying pin quantity.
4. It can create different milling power by the adjustment of rotor speed or the change of different rotors. Wide application.
5. Design for quick disassembly and maintenance. Convenient maintenance, easy operation and cleaning.
